On Saturday, April 17, 2021 Lakeshore is pleased to open its luxury Amenity Center with an open house event! This 3,500 square foot facility features a Clubhouse, Outdoor Pool, Open-Air Pavilion, Fitness Center, Yoga Studio, and plenty of space for interest clubs and community events! With 223 small cottage homesites, and 32 homesites already reserved, residents of Lakeshore look forward to making use of this gorgeous space, the perfect centerpiece for Simple Life’s active lifestyle Central Florida community.
The Open House and official opening of Lakeshore’s Amenity Center begins at 10 AM and lasts until 4 PM. You don’t have to be a resident either, to come visit Lakeshore’s 1- or 2-bedroom, move-in-ready homes like the Sebring or the Sedona and enjoy the day’s events. There will be an ice cream truck, live music from the “Siren of Swing” Miranda Madison, tours of Lakeshore’s beautiful cottage homes, and the new amenity center itself. Mark it on the calendar as it is the only time guests can visit and experience Lakeshore without an appointment! Throughout the day prizes such as a free stay at Lakeshore in a tiny home will be given away.

The mixed-use community space celebrates indoor recreation along with the engaging scenery outside including the Lakeside Gazebo right on Lake Andrew. Engaged to appoint the space, Interior Designer Linda Houghton, has brought her incredible eye for detail, her experience in creating high-end golf clubs and resorts, and her understanding of style and color, to the project.
