Lakeshore Exploration: A Central Florida Resident’s Path to Adventure

Crowded entrance of universal studios with iconic rotating globe surrounded by mist and palm trees.

The locations of all Simple Life communities are thoughtfully chosen. We make sure to develop our communities to be amenity-rich inside our gates, but also nearby outside excursions, adventure, and entertainment. Our first community, The Village, is nestled in Flat Rock, North Carolina, between 5 and 30 minutes away from lots of dining, shopping outdoor activities, and rich history. The Hamlet, just across the street from The Village, was a result of the popularity of the Village, so its residents get to enjoy the same spots. And yes, our Central Florida community was built with the same mindset! We wanted to offer everything a Central Florida resident would enjoy.
