LWC has been a prestigious home builder in the central Florida area for over two decades, producing high quality homes and creating a trusted name in the community surrounding Lakeshore. Lee and his team first partnered with Simple Life on the construction of Lakeshore’s amenity campus, bringing us the stunning clubhouse, pool and fitness facility that sits on our grounds today. Shortly thereafter the discussion turned to building homes and Lee knew he and his team could produce great quality homes for Simple Life.
Fast forward to today and we are well underway with the start of a lasting partnership. Model row is complete and open for tours, the rest of the construction trailing shortly behind.
