Oxford, Fla. – (April XX, 2020) Simple Life, the company that believes you should live large and carry less, celebrated the Grand Opening of the 3,500 square-foot Lakeshore Landing luxury amenity center for residents of Lakeshore, just outside the Villages® in Oxford, Florida. Community leaders, elected officials and special guests including Wildwood Mayor Ed Wolfe, CEO of the Lake Sumter Realtors Association Josh Summers, and Simple Life CEO Mike McCann were at Lakeshore Friday April 16th for the festivities.
Lakeshore is a new collection of one and two-bedroom Tiny Home Cottages starting in the low $100s located one of Central Florida’s most coveted destinations for active, outdoor living. The Lakeshore Landing amenity center features three buildings, a pool, and a gazebo – all with brilliant views of Lake Andrew and perfect for large gatherings, along with private nooks for focused tasks or intimate conversation. Residents can socialize at the indoor-outdoor bar, serving high-end coffee and tea, or the gaming room to play or watch TV together. There is also an open-air porch with retractable screens to enjoy the spectacular view of Lake Andrew.
For the active resident, Lakeshore Landing boasts a Fitness Center including an aerobics and yoga studio with daily classes and a weight and cardio room. A covered pavilion overlooks the resort-style pool with an adjacent sun lover's deck. A mature three-trunk live oak welcomes visitors to Lakeshore Landing’s main pavilion.
